Contact with the ultraviolet-B radiation within the sun’s sun rays leads to a person’s skin to produce vitamin D. Based on research, inside a 30-minute period while putting on a bathing suit, individuals will result in the following vitamin D levels:

James Carmichael: Here's a tip for anyone with headaches, eye problems, ear problems or just general head/brain fog. Go out in the bright sunlight (you can actually do this in any condition, but it's more powerful in the sunlight) open your eyes wide, but be comfortable. Don't look at the sunlight directly, but make sure the sun rays are getting into your eyes. Breathe in deeply through your nose and exhale powerfully through your nose also. You'll notice mucus start to come out your nose and your eyes might ache a little and water, but stick with it for a minute or so. You might even sneeze a couple of times so take some tissue with you. You'll notice your eye sight sharpen almost immediately after the mucus comes out. It's a safer way to sungaze in my opinion and you can do it while the sun is high.

David San: +James Carmichael \nmany people does sneeze if they look in or close to the sunlights and that again and again.\nnow i understand this.\n\nthank you james :)\nhave a nice day.
